Attached corner house, build against a mountain and situated in a peaceful Spanish area. Common use of the swimming pool and a childrens pool within 100m. Within walking distance, you can lounge about in Aguadulce (literally: sweet water) to Roquetas de Mar, which is surely worth it! Even a visit to the province main city of Almeria should not be missed. The region Andalusia forms the beautiful hinterland of the Costa de Almeria, with olive trees, vineyards, flowers, sugar cane, cotton plants and cork. A trip through the Sierra Nevada with its beautiful nature and picturesque villages will make your holiday complete. Especially when you visit the town Guadix, famous for its cave houses, where people are still living! When you drive 10km further, then you in Granada with the 8th wonder of the world the Alhambra. Even for golfers, surely worth going to the famous golf course Club Golf la Envia (6km), Club de Golf Playa Serena (14km) and Golf Almerimar (30km). For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters.
