Huelva’s Atlantic beaches and fishing villages are part of the Costa de la Luz. The Doñana Biosphere Reserve is an important wetland along bird migration routes and a refuge for the Iberian lynx and the Spanish imperial eagle. The Marismas del Odiel Biosphere Reserve in the province of Huelva combines dynamic tidal marshes with beaches, pine forests, lagoons, woodlands and dunes. In the province of Huelva, the Salinas de Bacuta in the Marismas del Odiel Biosphere Reserve are highlighted for their high ethnographic value.

The Riotinto Mining Park comprises a mining museum, a Victorian-era house and an archive covering more than 5,000 years of mining history. At the Riotinto Mining Park, visitors can explore a mine from the inside. The Riotinto Mining Park includes a 12-kilometre journey on a restored mining train along the former commercial mine railway. The Riotinto Mining Museum comprises sixteen exhibition areas, a reconstruction of a Roman mine and House No. 21.

The Monasterio de Santa María de La Rábida has been a Franciscan community since the 13th century. The Romería del Rocío is recognised as an event of international tourist interest. The Condado comarca is associated with Baroque architecture. The Columbus Sites Route includes Moguer, Huelva, Palos de la Frontera and Mazagón. The Muelle de las Carabelas Museum contains reproductions of the ships La Niña, La Pinta and La Santa María. The Muelle de las Carabelas also includes an interpretation centre, a reconstructed medieval quarter and Isla del Encuentro.

Niebla Castle, also known as the Castillo de los Guzmanes, preserves elements of an old Arab alcázar; its current layout dates from the 15th century, and several themed rooms recreate bygone eras. The Gruta de las Maravillas in Aracena features a circular route with galleries on three superimposed levels and lakes.
